REACH regulation (EC) No.:1907/2006 January 16, 2020
Delta Electronics Manufacturing Corp. follows the requirements set by the REACH regulation (EC) No.:1907/2006. We are closely following any modification of said regulation as well as the current candidate list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC's). The European Union's European Chemical Agency (ECHA) has determined that these substances involve health and environment risks. There are currently 205 entries on the candidate list of substances of very high concern which was last updated on January 16, 2020. Delta confirms that some of our products contain the substance Lead (Pb) EC #231-100-4, CAS #7439-92-1. None of our products contain any of the other substances identified on the candidate list.
