RL201-RL207 The application of 4M change
■Device body marking change from "RL201", "RL202"...etc to "RL20H".
■Maximum Recurrent Peak Reverse Voltage (Vrrm) rating upgraded as below.
RL201 from 50V to 1000V
RL204 from 400V to 1000V
RL206 from 800V to 1000V
RL202 from 100V to 1000V
RL205 from 600V to 1000V
RL207 no change
RL203 from 200V to 1000V
■No other fit, form or function changes
■If the customer disagrees with the change,We will use Z to distinguish the material number.
■P/O:P/N-packing code-Z;Type: P/N-packing code;Remark : -Z(For example：P/O:RL207-F-Z;Type:RL207-F)
