■ Device body marking change from "RL101F", "RL102F"...etc to "RL1N400H".
■ Maximum Recurrent Peak Reverse Voltage (Vrrm) rating upgraded as below.
RL101F from 50V to 1000V
RL104F from 400V to 1000V
RL106F from 800V to 1000V
RL102F from 100V to 1000V
RL105F from 600V to 1000V
RL107F no change
RL103F from 200V to 1000V
■No other fit, form or function changes
■If the customer disagrees with the change,We will use Z to distinguish the material number.
■P/O:P/N-packing code-Z;Type: P/N-packing code;Remark : -Z(For example：P/O:RL107F-F-Z;Type:RL107F-F)
