■Device body marking change from "1N5400", "1N5401"...etc to "1N540H".
■Maximum Recurrent Peak Reverse Voltage (Vrrm) rating upgraded as below.
1N5400 from 50V to 1000V
1N5404 from 400V to 1000V
1N5407 from 800V to 1000V
1N5401 from 100V to 1000V
1N5406 from 600V to 1000V
1N5408 no change
1N5402 from 200V to 1000V
■No other fit, form or function changes
■If the customer disagrees with the change,We will use Z to distinguish the material number.
■P/O:P/N-packing code-Z;Type: P/N-packing code;Remark : -Z(For example：P/O:1N5408-F-Z;Type:1N5408-F)
