MS39549/MS39545 Three Phase Sensorless Sinusoidal BLDC Driver
The MS39549 and MS39545 are three phase sensorless DC motor driver chips,adopting sinusoidal drive method.And the chip is characterized by low noise and small vibration.
Motor speed can be controlled by VSP/PWM pin.And the speed can also be adjusted by power supply modulation down to 4V.
The MS39549 and MS39545 are in SOP8PP package with exposed thermal pad.
