17040 Regenerative Battery Pack Test System User's Manual

In order to penetrate the BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) testing industry and connect the device with Mains and battery, the Chroma 17040 Regenerative Battery Pack Test System is a device with bidirectional medium power which can apply on battery charge/discharge, battery simulator, bidirectional DC power and regenerative electronic load. It provides power range 60kW ~ 300kW with maximum voltage 1000V and maximum current 750A. It can test the power battery module to charge/discharge the battery and then feed the electrical energy back the Mains for reliability, life cycle and car driving simulation tests. Moreover, the 17040 battery simulator mode can test the power battery module peripherals such as D/D converter, motor drive, and devices for microgrid test application, etc.
