【PCN】ABX0618Q Datasheet Updates（PCN20001）

We inform you of a change that is made to the ASB product, ABX0618Q, that you have pur-chasedor sample-tested.
Descriptionof Change：
1) A package typein the section 1.4 of the datasheet is changed from ’32-lead’ to ’40-lead’.However, changed is not the package outline & exposed pad dimension, RF input and output pin locationin the package, and a DC bias pin location in the package.
2) A package schematic inthe section 4.1 of the datasheet is changed.However, the ap-plication circuitis not changed.
3) A pin descriptioninthe section 4.3of the datasheet is changed. The package bottom photo is changed and the pin number and description have been corrected.
4) An evaluation board layout inthe section 4.5of the datasheet is added.
5) A package outline inthe section 5of the datasheet is changed.
