Please especially observe the following:
• The device described in these instructions shall only be installed by a qualified electrician according to both EN 501101/2 and IEC 60364.
• Before startup, check the device for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. The device shall not be put into operation in the event of mechanical damage.
• Observe the applicable laws, standards and regulations.
• Observe the accepted technology standards and practices current at the time of installation.
• Only install this device in dry indoor rooms.
• Only use this device in a controlled enviroment.
• The device is an open system. Mount the device only on a WAGO Power Supply Pro 2 vertically. Both components must only be installed in a safety enclosure.
• Install the device in a safety enclosure. This enclosure must:
— Restrict access to authorized personnel and may only be opened with tools.
— Ensure the required pollution degree in the vicinity of the system.
— Offer adequate protection against direct or indirect contact.
— Offer adequate protection against UV irradiation.
— Prevent fire from spreading beyond the enclosure.
—Guarantee mechanical stability.
• Ensure proper handling to protect device during shipping and handling. Particularly during transport and handling, ensure that no parts are bent and that electrical spacing remains constant.
• Keep sufficient distance from adjacent components to avoid interfering with the cooling!
