●Description of Change:
Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the release of the following errata versions for BGX13P and BGX13S devices.
Release of Version 0.1 of the BGX13P Errata.
Release of Version 0.1 of the BGX13S Errata.
BGX13P and BGX13S products running firmware version 1.2.2045.0 and earlier are affected by this errata during any entrance into low power mode, which can occur when a system is running the UART baud rate at 9600 or explicitly entering sleep mode through the command set. To avoid the issue, systems should use a baud rate of 9600 or higher, and systems should avoid BGX13 sleep mode entrance. Firmware version 1.2.2376.1 includes a fix for the issue. This version of firmware is available today through an over-the-air update in the BGX Commander app and supporting Xpress mobile framework. A DFU serial programming utility is also available upon request.
