NS1083E is a high-performance USB 3.0 Flash Card controller with SM4encryption. SM4 is a block cipher used in the Chinese NationalStandard. NS1083E supports data encryption and decryption using SM4 standard, with an integrated true random number generator(TRNG). On one side, NS1083E connects with up to two USB interfaces such as Type-A, Type-C, andApple Lightning Interface. NS1083E is fully in compliance with Apple MFi Specification, supporting MFi USB Role Switch and iAP2 protocolssuch asEA Native Transport, Device Powered, and App Launch. On anotherside, NS1083Econnects withone 4-bit flash media card, such as Secure Digital (SD)andmicroSD (T-Flash);or one 8-bit flash card such as eMMC.
