■Detailed Description of Change：
●As part of IXYS Integrated Circuits Division’s product lifecycle management process,the following optically isolated gate ICs have been transitioned to an “end-of-life” (EOL) status:IX3120G,IX3120GE,IX3120GES,IX3120GESTR,IX3120GS,IX3120GSTR,IX3180G,IX3180GS,IX3180GSTR,IX332B,IX332BTR
●In order to satisfy any continuing requirements for these high voltage gate driver ICs, IXYS Integrated Circuits Division is offering a non-cancelable lifetime buy (LTB). Orders for LTB quantities must be received by August 31, 2020, and all LTB product must be shipped by December 31, 2020. Once placed, LTB orders cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or returned.
●The PCN number assigned to this action is PCN1080and should be referenced in any correspondence related to the change.
