RSA5000 Series Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer
This manual is designed to guide you to properly test the performance specifications of RIGOLRSA5000 series real-time spectrum analyzer in GPSA mode. For the operation methods mentioned in the test procedures, refer to User Guide of this product.
Test Preparations：
Before performing the test, make the following preparations.
1)Warm up the RSA5000 spectrum analyzer for at least 30 minutes.
2)Make sure that the instrument is within the calibration period (18 months) and perform self-calibration on the spectrum analyzer. Press System→Alignment→Align Now, and the spectrum analyzer performs self-calibration immediately using internal calibration source.
3)The test devices required should fulfill the requirements of the "Specification" column as shown in Table 1-1. You can also use the recommended models in the following table to make measurement.
