60050 Declaration of Conformity to EU RoHS
The products listed below that are manufactured by Aavid, Thermal Division of Boyd Corporation are in compliance with Directive 2011/65/EU & 2015/863/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 & 4 June 2015, respectively, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. From 22nd July 2019 four more substances were added to the existing restricted substance list. Specifically, the products listed do not contain the substances named in the table below in concentrations greater than the given limits. In addition, this declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of Aavid, Thermal Division of Boyd Corporation.
