Taoglas Declaration of REACH Compliance
●We, Taoglas Ltd., hereby declare that all our products manufactured as of January 15th, 2020 are in full compliance with 201 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) except Lead (CAS No.7439-92-1) as listed by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) under the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
●This document also certifies that as of this date no Taoglas products contain any chemicals except Lead (CAS No.7439-92-1) in the Candidate List of 201 Substances of Very High Concern for authorization.
