IXYS ICD Product Change Notification
■Detailed Description of Change：
●As part of IXYS Integrated Circuits Division’s product lifecycle management process, the IX2127G, IX2127N, and IX2127NTR have been transitioned to an “End-of-life” (EOL) status. This decision was based on tester support being discontinued at the test production site, and historical unit shipment volume.
●In order to satisfy any continuing requirements for the IX2127G, IX2127N, and IX2127NTR, IXYS Integrated Circuits Division is offering a non-cancelable lifetime buy (LTB). Orders for LTB quantities must be received by March 31, 2020, and all LTB product must be shipped by December 31, 2020. Once placed, LTB orders cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or returned.
●The PCN number assigned to this action is PCN1077 and should be referenced in any correspondence related to the change.
