PESD2402 CAN BUS ESD PROTECTION DIODE
●DESCRIPTION
■The PESD2402 is designed to protect two signal data lines from the damaging effects of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and other applied transients. The device operates at 24V with low capacitance rating per line and is available in a SOT-23 package configuration. The device is compliant to IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-4 circuit protection requirements which can protect downstream circuitry.

■Compatible with IEC61000-4-4 (EFT)
■100 Watts Peak Pulse Power per Line(tp = 8/20μs)

■Low Capacitance
■Low Leakage Current

■REACh Compliant
