●Description of Change: From a two component epoxy (gray color) to a one component epoxy (red color)
●REASON:The previous two component epoxy hardens after 20 minutes in use.This is neither suitable nor economical for batch manufacturing processes.
To continuously become a more environmentally friendly manufacturer, FASTRON strives to reduce the use of chemical wastage. Fast hardening of the epoxy and repeated epoxy preparation for new batches results in high wastage after batch completion. With the new epoxy, FASTRON can re-use remaining epoxy after batches have finished production.
