●GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
■The MSN12VD25-FQ is a synchronous DC/DC power module offers easy-to-use, fully integrated and highly efficient DC/DC regulators with I2C and PM Bus Interface. Command, monitor functions and most of components are integrated in one hybrid package, providing accurate power delivery for low output voltage and high current application.
■The MSN12VD25-FQ offers output voltage setting, fault/warning thresholds and fault responses while operating over a wide input range. Thus, they offer flexibility as well as system level security in event of fault conditions. Protection features include a comprehensive suite of sophisticated over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, and over-current protections.The module is a fully protected DC/DC solution that utilizes analog and digital functionality to maximize protection of the system.
■The on-chip sensors and ADC along with the PM Bus and I2C interfaces make it easy to monitor and report input voltage, output voltage, output current and temperature.
■The compact size makes utilization of space highly density and save point of load space and area. The thermal pad can enhance heat transferring capability. It is suitable for automated assembly by standard surface mount equipment and is Pb-free.
