● Abstract:
■ This Application Note demonstrates a method of implementing I²C Master functionality on Zilog's Z8 Encore!® microcontrollers. The software implemented in this Application Note controls the two GPIO port pins connected to the serial data (SDA) and serial clock (SCL) lines of the I²C bus.
