Labeling and other changes related to integration of Quantenna Communications acquired by ON Semiconductor Product Bulletin
●Description and Purpose:
■Quantenna Communications was acquired by ON Semiconductoron June 19, 2019 (announcement). As part of the integration, it is necessary to introduce some changes.
■This change will be effective at system integration, which is currently scheduled for October 28th, 2019. Until that time, customers must continue to order as they do today, through the Quantenna ordering system.
■Quantenna orderable part numbers will be retained. No change. Order quantities will be required to be in multiples of Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ). The List of Affected Parts below shows all Orderable Part Number(s)and their MOQ.
■In order to support ON Semiconductor's MOQ standard, customers may receive up to two different assembly date codes in the same box.
■The Packaging and Labeling will be changing to the ON Semiconductor standard guidelines. The label changes will be effective on October 28^th, 2019,while the graphics on the intermediate boxes will gradually change to the ON Semiconductor standard.
■The Quantenna logo on the product marking of the former Quantenna parts will be replaced with ON Semiconductor's logo.This logo on the parts will change on October 28^th, 2019. Customers may receive a combination of Quantenna and ON Semiconductor logo for some period of time.
■ON Semiconductor has a long-term storage and shipping policy of two years. Customers will receive products with an assembly date code up to two years.
