■ Abstract
The SCALE™-2 plug-and-play driver 1SP0635x2x1-5SNE1000E330300 / 1SP0635x2x1C-5SNE1000E330300 (Coated version using ELPEGUARD SL 1307 FLZ/2 from Lackwerke Peters) is a compact single-channel intelligent gate driver designed for ABB’s IGBTs 5SNE1000E330300. The master driver 1SP0635x2M1(C)-5SNE1000E330300 features a fiber-optic interface with a built-in isolated DC/DC power supply. It can be used as stand-alone driver or in conjunction with up to three 1SP0635D2S1(C)-5SNE1000E330300 slaves to drive up to four parallel-connected IGBT modules of type 5SNE1000E330300.
