MM32F031xx 32-bit Micro controller based on ARM Cortex M0
●Description
■The microcontrollers incorporate the high-performance ARM® Cortex™-M0 32-bit core operating at 48 MHz frequency, high-speed embedded memories, and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All devices offer 1 12-bit ADC, 1 general purpose 16-bit timer, 1 general purpose 32-bit timer, 3 Basic timers, 1 Advanced 16-bit timer, as well as standard communication interfaces: 1 I2C , 2 SPIs , , , and 2 UARTs.
■The device operates from a 2.0V ~ 5.5V power supply. They are available in both the -40℃ ~ +85℃ temperature range and the -40℃ ~ +105℃ extended temperature range. A comprehensive set of power-saving mode allows the design of low-power applications.
■This product is available in 3 different package types: LQFP48、LQFP32、QFN32 and TSSOP20. Depending on the device chosen, different sets of peripherals are included.
