■Emission intensity can be set by an external resistor to increase the range to > 50 cm
■ Typical transmission distance to standard device: 50 cm
■ Small package (L x W x H in mm): 6.8 x 2.8 x 1.6
■Low current consumption 75 μA idle at 3.6 V
■ Operates from 2.4 V to 5.5 V within specification over full temperature range from -30 °C to +85 °C
■ Split power supply, emitter can be driven by a separate power supply not loading the regulated.
