EMS BISCO REACH SVHC Letter
●The European Chemical Agency, ECHA, has identified new chemicals for inclusion in Annex XIV to REACH, Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. The following Rogers BISCO® Silicones, Table 1, do not contain any REACH SVHC substances, published as of January 15, 2019, above 0.1 weight % in the formulation or in the processing.For those unlisted we are in process of evaluating continued REACH compliance. We anticipate an update in the coming few weeks and appreciate your patience in this matter.All BISCO Silicones comply with Annex XVII.
