ASA306B Datasheet Updates Product Change Notice
● Description of Change:
■ The max. value of ‘Gain Adjustable Range’ in the ‘Typical Performance’ table of the datasheet is changed from 23 dB to 27 dB.
■ In the bias circuit for photodiode, the resistors (R28, R29) and the beads (L19, L20, L21, L22) are changed in configuration.The configuration in the evaluation board image is also changed accordingly.
● Reason for Change:
■ In general, there is a discrepancy between the data from the product screening test and the real value measured from evaluation board. The existing max. value, 23 dB, of the Gain Adjustable Range was set by the data of the screening test. It equals to the Gain Adjustable Range of 27 dB on the evaluation board. Note that there is no performance difference in an outgoing product.
■ By changing just order, the beads (L19, L20, L21, L22)followed by the resistors (R28, R29), a voltage sensing at R29 can be made better without a signal noise coming along the beads.
