ABB1513 & ABU1513 Datasheet Updates Product Change Notice
● Description of Change:
The bias condition for all the application of ABB1513 and ABU1513 was changed as follows;5 V/120 mA(before change)→6 V/100 mA (after change).
Consequently, amended accordingly were the device voltage of the Maximum Absolute Rat-ing, the data of Typical Performance, the data of Product Specification, and the schematic of Application Circuit.
● Reason for Change：
The bias condition was changed to minimize the degradation of the linearity at low temperature.
