th generation 1700 V SiC Schottky diodes with
industry’s highest current rating, zero reverse recovery and best
in class forward voltage drop. The product family combines these
features with TO-247-2 package, making it ideal for high-pollution
environments such as solar and EV charger applications.
Wolfspeed introduces 1700 V SiC MOSFET Technology with low
on-state resistance (Rds(on)) in an optimized TO-247-4 Plus
package that provide extra electrical isolation suitable for highpollution environments. The new clip mounting design with no
center mounting hole is ideal for applications requiring a 1500V
blocking voltage.
