SGTE Launched Automotive Grade High Current Integrated Inductors GHFV, with Smaller Volume and Stable Impedance
SGTE has successively launched new products GHFV-AP05, GHFV-AP06, and GHFV-AP07 series of automotive grade high current integrated inductors in 2024.
Compared to traditional integrated inductors, it has the characteristics of smaller packaging size, smaller volume, and stable impedance. In terms of manufacturing process, this series adopts T-core preforming+flat wound bottom lead+hot pressing process. Compared with traditional inductor products, this series of products directly leads the coil tail wire to the bottom end as an electrode, without the need for welding, effectively reducing the risk of open and short circuits.
And the wire used in this series of products is flat copper wire, which has a larger duty cycle than circular wire. The same wire cross-sectional area saves more winding space. However, in limited space, using flat wire can obtain a larger cross-sectional area, reduce resistance, and reduce copper loss. In addition, flat lines are affected by the skin effect, and circular lines with the same relative cross-sectional area will be smaller. Therefore, it also has smaller DC resistance and larger operating current.
