X2 Class Discrete MOSFETs Available in The TO-247-4L Package with A Kelvin Source Connection | Littelfuse
The 650V X2-Class Ultra Junction MOSFETs are available in 60A and 80A nominal current ratings. They are available in the TO-247-4L package with a Kelvin source connection. Not only does the pin arrangement simplify the PCB routing, but the Kelvin source connection also reduces the stray inductance in the gate drive circuit. This in turn leads to improvement in efficiency, EMI behavior, and switching performance. These HiPerFET™ Power MOSFETs feature significantly reduced channel resistance and gate charge. They incorporate body diodes that offer low reverse recovery charges and short reverse recovery times.
