This IC is a system reset IC built in delay time circuit.
KIC73 series is not required with an external capacitor, and then can use a
small package. Therefore, a space of PC board can be small.

・Operating supply voltage : 1.0 ~ 7.0V
・Supply current 0.5μA typ.
・Reset threshold range : 1.6 ~5.0V
・Reset threshold accuracy :±1%
・Other Threshold voltage : 2.63V, 2.93V , 3.08V, 4.38V, 4.63V
・Reset active timeout period : 240/50/100/200/400ms
・Output type : CMOS output
