controller with integrated Super Junction Mosfet (SJMOS):

High Side integrates a 650V/4A 1.2Ω Power Mosfet

and Low Side Mosfet) are Almost Always Zero Voltage
Switching (ZVS). As the results, its efficiency is ~2%
higher than the traditional Quasi-Resonant (QR) Flyback
topology.
