The F1471 is a high linearity RF Driver A m pli fier
designed to operate wit hi n the 400MHz to 4200MHz
frequency band. Usi ng a single 5V power supply
and only 130mA of I
CQ
, the F1471 provides 15dB of
gain and 3.8dB of noi se f i gure, and 29dBm OP1dB
at 3600MHz.
The F1471 is packaged i n a 3 × 3 mm, 16-VFQFPN
package, with matched 50Ω input and output
impedances for ea se of integration into the sig nal
path.
