Memory
The ROHM Group offers a variety of memory types, from EEPROMs, FeRAM,
and P2ROMTM to NOR Flash and DRAM.
EEPROMs are rewritable nonvolatile memory optimized for small-scale unit
access, making it suitable for storing initial data, production serial numbers, and
condition data.
Operational Amplifiers/Comparators
Used in a wide range of analog circuits, such as amplifying micro signals from
sensors. ROHM’s family of op amps and comparators includes bipolar and CMOS
types optimized for a variety of applications, from general-purpose to
automotive-grade requiring ultra-high reliability.
Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs)
ROHM voltage detectors (Reset ICs) monitor the power supply voltage to
prevent system errors in MCUs and other applications that demand stable
operation.
Linear Regulators
ROHM offers a broad lineup of linear regulators, including ultra-compact CMOS
LDOs optimized for portable devices and high voltage LDOs that provide
automotive-grade reliability, allowing users to select the ideal solution based on
application requirements.
Switching Regulators
ROHM switching regulators are available in controller (with/without MOSFET),
buck, boost, and buck-boost configurations to suit a wide variety of
applications.
AD/DA Converters
ROHM data converters are offered in a variety of resolutions, channels, and
interfaces. The lineup, including automotive products, is under development.
Voltage Reference
ROHM voltage feature ultra-high precision with ultra-low temperature drift. The
package lineup includes SOP-J8 and ceramic types that are less susceptible to
characteristics variations caused by mounting stress.
IPD (Intelligent Power Device)
IPDs are power MOSFETs equipped with thermal shutdown, overcurrent
protection, and active clamp functions.
Roughly divided into low side and high side switches, they can be used as
protected NMOS and PMOS, respectively.
Products equipped with open load detection, abnormality detection, and
configurable overcurrent protection functions are available.
Automotive Standard Logic ICs
ROHM offers a wide variety of standard logic ICs, including analog switches and
logic gates.
The input pin has a built-in tolerance function that supports input voltages up to
5.5V regardless of the supply voltage.
Transistor Arrays
ROHM transistor arrays are monolithic ICs that integrate 7 Darlington NPN
transistors on a single chip. A clamp diode is built into each circuit for output
surge absorption.
Timer ICs
ROHM timer ICs are compact and provide high voltage
resistance, making them ideal for LED and injector drive
circuits.
Power Management Switch ICs
Power management switch ICs integrate a low ON-resistance MOSFET switch
and multiple protection circuits on a single chip. This minimizes loss for greater
efficiency and makes it possible to achieve a more stable system design in a
compact form factor.
