certain minerals from the Eastern region of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and

surrounding countries. The Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) and the Global e-

Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) have requested that companies undertake reasonable due

diligence with their supply chain to assure that specified metals are not being sourced from

mines in the Conflict Regions.

Good-Ark Semiconductor fully supports the actions of the EICC and GeSI and declares that our

products do not contain tin, tantalum, tungsten or gold that directly or indirectly finance or

benefit armed groups in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or adjoining countries.

Good-Ark Semiconductor is committed to ensuring conflict free sourcing of minerals from our

supply chain and manufacturing facilities worldwide. Based on information we have gathered

from all our suppliers and manufacturing facilities worldwide, Good-Ark does not use minerals

from the conflict region. We will continue to monitor and update our information as necessary

and remedy action will be taken promptly should situation arise against our Conflict-Free

Minerals Policy.
