General Description
The DA9141-A is an Automotive grade, high efficiency, 25 A continuous and 40 A peak, four-phase,
DC-DC stepdown converter (buck). It is fully AEC-Q100 qualified.
With remote sensing, the DA9141-A improves output voltage regulation at the point of load.
Fully integrated switching FETs means no external FETs or Schottky diodes are needed.
A programmable soft startup can be enabled, which limits the inrush current from the input node and
secures a slope-controlled rail activation.
The dynamic voltage control (DVC) supports adaptive adjustment of the supply voltage dependent on
the processor load, via either a direct register write using the communication interface (I
2
C
compatible) or with a programmable input pin.
A configurable GPI allows multiple I
2
C address selection for multiple instances of DA9141-A in the
same application.
DA9141-A has integrated over-temperature and over-current protection for increased system
reliability, without the need for external sensing components.
