Smallest—The Diodes’ DFN0808 allows for a logic
function in as little as 0.64 square millimeters.
Choices— The DFN package option is available in
0.3mm, 0.35mm, and 0.5mm lead pitches allowing
for the best manufacturability match.
Eco—Parts are RoHS and RoHs2 compliant and free from
antimony, lead, and halogens.
Wide Product Range
Eight Technology Families—Select voltage level and
drive capability needed for your application.
Single Gate—Available in AHC, AHCT, LVC and
AUP families. Most are available in the world’s smallest
DFN0808 package.
Dual Gate—LVC and AUP families. The DFN0910 at
0.9mm x 1.0mm is the smallest available foot print.
Standard Logic—Available in HC, HCT, AHC, AHCT, LV and
LVC families. TSSOP-14,16, 20 and SO-14, SO-16 products
available.
