响我们的合作伙伴。但是，由于持续性的外部价格的剧烈变化，为保证正常的生产经营活动以及反映当前
市场的趋势，华丰史密斯决定将对产品进行合理的调价。
The unprecedented challenges time, which we are going through recently. External prices are set to soar.
We (HuaFeng Smiths interconnect) anticipates the upcoming trend ahead of time. And made the
mitigation plan to optimize the internal manufacturing efficiencies already. Put ourselves in the
customer’s shoes to make consideration and avoid the price increases impaction deliver to our partner.
But, with the continually sharp rise in external prices. To ensure the normal production and business
activities, reflecting market trends, HuaFeng Smiths decide to adjust selling products prices.
新的价格将会2021年9月30号生效。与此同时，华丰史密斯互连会继续致力于我们工厂持续地过程改
善以控制将来��价格增长，我们相信这些努力将使我们能够确保一直提供客户期望品质的产品和公平以
及竞争性的价格。我们更加确信新的策略能给我们的经销商和客户提供重要的价值定位。
The new price will be effective on September 30,2021. Meanwhile, HuaFeng Smiths Interconnect remains
committed to the continuous process improvements we are making in our manufacturing facilities to
control the impact of any future price increases. We believe these efforts assure us greater capabilities
to maintain fair & competitive pricing along with continually providing the consistent quality
expectations demanded of our products. We firmly believe this strategy provides a significant positive
value proposition not only for our supportive HuaFeng Smiths Interconnect distributors but for our end
users & customers as well.
在新价格生效以后进入的订单，将按照新价格进行制票。
All orders on or after price book effective date, will be invoiced at new price.
