Conversion to Diodes Incorporated standard product labels and shipping boxes for products
currently using Lite-On Semiconductor product labels and boxes
DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE
Diodes Incorporated (Diodes) on 11/30/2020 announced the completion of its acquisition of
Lite-On Semiconductor.
As part of the integration of Lite-On Semiconductor into Diodes this PCN is being issued to
notify customers that Diodes is in the process of standardizing and changing from Lite-On
Semiconductor product and shipping labels and boxes to the Diodes standard for labels and
boxes affecting all former Lite-On Semiconductor products.
Products currently using the Lite-On Semiconductor label format or boxes will ship until supply
is exhausted. During an interim transition period, some shipments may also have both labels
attached.
Please refer to the label examples for the Lite-On Semiconductor product label and the Diodes
standard product labels below.
