Description of Change:
This notice is to inform customers of UnitedSiC’s intent to:
Qualification of additional wafer source to assure continuity of supply. UnitedSiC has completed qualification of X-
fab as additional 6” SiC epi wafer supplier. Full electrical characterization and reliability testing has been completed
to ensure that there is no change to device functionality or electrical specifications in the datasheet. Delivery of
Xfab wafers is planned to start Q2/2021.
Reason for Change: Additional Epi wafer Capacity. No change in datasheet parameters or product performance.
Affected Products: All 650-1200V 6” wafers
The following only applies to Major and Minor Changes
Affected Product Specification (if applicable): No changes to exiting datasheets/product specifications.
Detail of potential impact to customer: Additional epi wafer capacity. There will be no change to the function of
products affected.

Customer Acknowledgement/Responses All Customer responses must be sent via e-mail to PCNResponse@Unitedsic.com When replying, please
include the PCN number in subject line. Lack of acknowledgement of the PCN within 30 days constitutes acceptance of the change. After
acknowledgement, lack of additional response prior to the planned implementation date constitutes acceptance of the change. An acceptance,
concern, sample order request or a request for further information should be submitted to UnitedSiC. in a timely fashion, (i.e., customer should not
wait to the end of the review period before responding). If the customer requires additional time to perform sample testing, beyond the stated
planned implementation date, an extension must be negotiated with UnitedSiC. Any contractual PCN agreements made with UnitedSiC supersede
these requirements.
