Client Work-Terms and Conditions of Accept ance

1. Reports, course material etc. issued by HYTEK are copyright a nd shall no t be used publicly, either in whole o r in part, without the consent

of HYTEK.

2. Reports shall only be reproduced in full.

3. Test material will b e dispo sed of after on e month from complet ion of test, unless the contrary have b een notif ied by the client.

4. No action or legal proceedings shall be taken against HYTEK by reason of or arising out of the carrying out of any research, investigation,

test or analysis o r the public ation of the results there of in the name of HY TEK.

5. Payment for work carried o ut shall be in accordance with the term s stated in HYTEK ’s invoices.

6. The Danish law sha ll appl y.

7. The client is responsible for delivery of test items to HYTEK and the latter shall not pay freight charges or any other cost in co nnection

hereto.

8. In case of discrep ancies regard ing the transl ation of reports etc., the Danish version is valid.
