XFMRS Inc. Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Conditions

1.1. XFMRS, Inc. (hereinafter “XFMRS”) provides a limited warranty for all product manufactured

and sold by XFMRS.

1.2. Warranty claims shall be viable within a period of 12 months from the date of shipment.

1.3. Warranty shall only cover damaged or defective product sold by XFMRS.

1.4. Warranty shall not cover damage resulting from normal wear-and-tear. Warranty shall not cover

damage of any kind inflicted by any party other than XFMRS.

1.5. Misuse, improper use, negligence, neglect, or unauthorized use of product shall void the

warranty, effective immediately. Failure to comply with recommended operating and storage

procedures provided by XFMRS shall be considered improper use.

1.6. Any modification to product by any party other than XFMRS shall void the warranty.

1.7. Warranty shall only be applicable to product purchased directly from XFMRS.

2. Warranty Claims

2.1. All warranty claims shall be immediately directed in writing to XFMRS.

2.2. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a detailed description of damage or defect. Images

and/or electrical test data shall be provided with part numbers of all test equipment used. If

available, date codes printed on the damaged or defective product shall be provided to XFMRS.

2.3. XFMRS, Inc. reserves the right to request samples of damaged or defective product for review

and testing before warranty is enforced.
