DESCRIPTION
The SM30KPAN Series are high-powered surface mount transient voltage suppression components designed to pro-
tect equipment and systems from the damaging eects of high voltage spikes. The surface mount package congura-
on provides a lower prole compared to legacy axial lead package conguraons.
These devices provide 30,000 Was of peak pulse power dissipaon for an 10/1000µs waveform. Applicaons include
AC and DC power line protecon, terrestrial base staon protecon as well as module lightning protecon.
