 Prohibited Substances of RoHS1 and Compliance :

SK hynix acknowledges that the RoHS Directive entitled “ Restriction of the use

of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS)”, effective on Mar. 2006 for RoHS1 and

Jul. 2011 for RoHS2. SK hynix has prohibited the six substances within electrical

and electronic equipment. SK hynix guarantees that SK hynix's products are

controlled under MCV of the RoHS substance and it is also able to comply to the

contents of the specific changes of RoHS2.

Electrical and electronic components containing lead in a glass or ceramic other than

dielectric ceramic in capacitors. e.g. piezoelectronic devices, or in a glass or ceramic

matrix compound.

2.CE Marking Execution from 2013 if applied and needed

: In case of application, execute CE Mark and prepare technical document

based on Draft 50581:2012
