Subject: PCN#11A-13 Notification of Intent to Discontinue ispPAC-POWR6AT6-01S32I
Dear Lattice Customer,
Lattice is providing this notification of our intent to discontinue the SnPb version of the ispPAC™-
POWR6AT6-01S32I product. The Pb-free version of the ispPAC-POWR6AT6-01SN32I will continue to be
available. The Pb-free version of the ispPAC-POWR6AT6-01SN32I is backward compatible to the SbPb
device (i.e. ispPAC-POWR6AT6-01SN32I can be used in the SnPb manufacturing environment) and
recommended as a replacement.
DISCONTINUANCE TIMING
Customers will have 6 months to place their last time buy (LTB) orders for these devices. All LTB orders for
these devices will be non-cancelable and non-returnable. All LTB orders must be placed no later than May
11, 2014 (6 months after the date of this notice) with all deliveries taken no later than November 11, 2014
(12 months after the date of this notice). Orders received after May 11, 2014 will only be accepted based
on available on-hand inventory.

In accordance with JESD46-D, this change is deemed accepted by the customer if no acknowledgement is
