 Prohibited Substances of RoHS1 and Compliance :

SK hynix acknowledges that the RoHS Directive entitled “ Restriction of the use

of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS)”, effective on Mar. 2006 for RoHS1

(2002/95/EC), Jul. 2011 for RoHS2 (2011/65/EU) and Jun. 2015 for RoHS3

(2015/863/EU) SK hynix has prohibited the ten substances within electrical and

electronic equipment. SK hynix guarantees that SK hynix's products are

controlled under MCV of the RoHS substance and it is also able to comply to the

contents of the specific changes of RoHS3.

Electrical and electronic components containing lead in a glass or ceramic other than

dielectric ceramic in capacitors. e.g. piezoelectronic devices, or in a glass or ceramic
