DESCRIPTION
The JW
®
7801 is a low power high
withstand-voltage voltage regulator which can
also provide a reset function. The JW7801 has
high-accuracy output voltage and detection
voltage. The short circuit protection can protect
the chip from a large load current or deadly output
short to ground. The quiescent current is as low
as 2.5uA.
The JW7801 is available in a 5-pin SOT23-5
package, which provides a compact solution with
minimal external components.
