 now oﬀers cable crimpers, cable wire

strippers and an armored cable splier for use in the

ﬁeld.



CableCrimptool



CB926‐1A cable crimp tool is easy to use and makes

crimpconneconsonCC‐xxxseriesconnectorsthatwill 

pass factory speciﬁcaons. Dial

 up the correct size on

thedialindicator(CTC usessize16andsize20sockets),

insert th socket into the tool, and the stripped wire to

the correct depth in the socket and ﬁrmly squeeze the

handle.



Armoredcablecuer

Armored cable is best when cut to length at the fa ctory,

butwhentrimmingarmo r  in theﬁeldbecomesnecessary

wenowhaveanopontoassistthereliabilityprofession‐

al.This��one is a lile

trickierto useandneedscare when

cung armor that already has cable running through it.

Place the armored cable in the slot and turn the cung

wheel clockwise to cut through the armor. Cauon must

be exercised not to either  squeeze the cung to ol  too

loosely

asthearmorcanslipandnotcutthroughproper‐

ly,ortosqueezetooghtlyasthecableinsidethearmor

can be damaged by the cuer when the armor is ﬁnally

cut through.An adhesive lined heat shrink is a good idea

aswelltocover

thecutpointofthearmorasasharpedge

maybepresent.


