Budget for 2019 included a special emphasis on developing new OEM
sales. First of all Product Development aimed new designs at this goal.
We came up with:
MCA inside - to allow us to easily t a specic OEM’s space
requirement.
Cost downs - to get us even to Ball Screws in price and to narrow the
gap with pneumatics. These include:

LCR with new OEM price at $950

year. Replaces ball screw for camera positioning. Fast and precise.
Japan
Thread Check OEM - machine built 5. Target for year 100.
First sample order for bottle cap crimping LBR40. (MCA inside).
Target for year 100 sets. This is rst application at 1 of top 5
packaging OEMs in Japan.
Pioneer—200 LCRs for camera module inspection.
Europe Central
Measurement - LBL20 (MCA inside). First order in, target for year is
300 sets.
PHIZ P (precision) new OEM Linear rotary with cross roller. First 10
sets out - target for year is 400 sets.
Europe West
LAR31 with sine / cosine linear.
Measurement of cams. 200 a year.
LAS300 - measurement. 200 year.
