MA8000 Series Adhesives
Plexus MA8000 series adhesives are advanced direct-to-metal, low
halogen two-part methacrylate structural adhesives. They are de-
signed for the structural bonding of various metals, coatings, plastics,
and composite assemblies. They do a superb job of bonding metals
without primers to other metals, engineered thermoplastics, and com-
posite assemblies with little to no surface preparation. Combined at a
1:1 ratio by volume, MA8000 series s adhesives can bond hot-dip and
electrogalvanized zinc steel and other metals to dissimilar substrates.
They provide an exceptional combination of high strength, toughness,
environmental resistance, and fatigue endurance, for industrial and
transportation assembly.
