2. 产品描述 Product Descripion
• KL4N2X系列器件由一个红外发射二极管与一个光电晶体管组合，构成光电耦合器。
The KL4N2X series of devices each consist of an infrared emitting diode optically
coupled to a phototransistor.
• 它们采用6引脚DIP封装，并提供宽引线间距和SMD选项。
They are packaged in a 6-pin DIP package and available in wide-lead spacing and SMD option.
